Daylight Saving Time begins March 11, 2018. Have you checked your detectors lately?
When you change your clock, check and see if you need to change your smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries. Although many detectors now have long-lasting batteries, older detectors may still use regular batteries. Regardless of type, it is always a good idea to check all detectors regularly. Time changes are a great reminder to check and make sure that the batteries are working correctly. This might be the ideal time to upgrade your detectors to the newer models too.
